Priscilla Sandridge, CPC is the Practice Administrator at Laparoscopic and Endoscopic Surgery Institute, PC.Her role is managing the daily operations of the practice.

Priscilla has over 24 years experience in healthcare and received her certification in Medical Coding (CPC) from AAPC in 2013. She is passionate about healthcare and thrives to ensure every patient has a positive experience and receives excellent care.

Tiffany’s role is scheduling all aspects of a patient’s surgical procedure, confirming insurance, and organizing the schedule for each surgeon. She graduated from Gwinnett College in Lilburn, GA where she received her Associates Degree in Science of Medical Assisting. She has over 7 years experience in providing excellent healthcare.Her hobbies include music, art and traveling.

Shabeena’s role is managing the daily operations of the Coding/Billing Department while providing a direct, informative, and gentle approach to collecting payments and explaining patient financial responsibility.

She obtained her bachelor’s degree in dental surgery in 1998 from Bangalore University in India and worked passionately in the healthcare industry for 9 years providing compassionate care to her patients.

She moved to the US in 2009 and was a stay-at-home mom for almost a decade before getting her certification in Medical Coding (CPC) from AAPC in 2018.
She has over 5 years of experience and her passion for healthcare drives her to provide excellent care with patient’s financial needs.

Monique is a recent transplant to the greater Atlanta area, hailing from New Orleans, Louisiana. A dedicated healthcare professional, Monique is a graduate of both the Advanced Nursing Training Institute and Eastern College of Health Vocations. With over 15 years of experience in the healthcare field, she has earned a reputation as a true healthcare hero, providing compassionate and quality care to her patients.

Monique’s passion for patient care is matched only by her commitment to attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of her patients’ health and well-being is thoughtfully considered. Whether in a clinical setting or through direct patient interaction, she strives to provide the highest level of care while always maintaining a warm, approachable demeanor.

Sandra Turpin is a certified medical assistant with over nine years of experience in healthcare, including both hospital occupational health and primary care settings. She’s known for her caring nature, strong work ethic, and the genuine warmth she brings to every patient interaction. Sandra takes pride in providing quality care and creating a comfortable, trusting environment for patients and coworkers alike. She continues to grow both personally and professionally. Outside of work, Sandra loves spending time with her three grown children and five grandchildren, finding joy and laughter in life’s everyday moments.
